Bodega Threads was developed as a New York–centric apparel brand built on attitude, identity, and cultural truth. The project began as a full-scale brand and business build—defining the positioning, audience, and creative direction for a streetwear label that embodies the unapologetic energy of the city that raised it.
Leading the end-to-end development, the team created the full brand identity system, website, and product direction, aligning every touchpoint under a cohesive, scalable framework. The Go-to-Market plan was designed to guide long-term growth—outlining launch sequencing, influencer seeding, drops strategy, and community engagement models—establishing a roadmap for the client to activate and scale independently.
The goals of the project were the following:
  • Brand positioning, naming, and creative narrative development
  • Logo, typography, and full visual identity system
  • Product direction and collection planning
  • Website and e-commerce design, UX/UI, and content framework
  • Go-to-Market strategy and rollout roadmap
  • Messaging, tone of voice, and copywriting system
  • Drafted marketing plan including channel mix, drops calendar, and influencer outreach
  • Currently building out V2 of the website.
